ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The IIFT Global Business Research Conference (GBRC) 2026 is a pioneering event designed to provide a platform for faculty members, doctoral scholars, industry practitioners, and policy institutions to present their research in international business, including trade, finance, economics, marketing, and other allied areas.
This three-day event provides an opportunity to discuss cutting-edge research addressing global business issues, trends, and challenges.
The conference is centred around the theme "Managing Business Amidst Worldwide Turbulence", emphasising risk management, innovation, adaptation, and resilience in the face of global uncertainties.

Doctoral Colloquium is open only to scholars who are in advanced stages of their Ph.D. Poster presentation is only open for students who have pursued masters in management or allied areas.

PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- 1)Paper should be no longer than 8,000-9,000 words, inclusive of abstract, references, notes, tables and figures.
- 2)Abstract of 150-250 words and 3-5 keywords must be provided with the article.
- 3)Use the international number system for tables and figure spacing.
- 4)Use British spellings instead of American spellings.
- 5)Use the international number system (thousands and millions) instead of lakhs and crores.
- 6)Plagiarism in any form constitutes a serious violation of the most basic principles of scholarly writing and cannot be tolerated.
- 7)Article should include in-text citations to other publications and an end-of-text reference list as per APA referencing style.
EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- 1)The maximum word limit is 2,500 words (inclusive of abstract, tables, references, and figures).
- 2)The extended abstract should provide a clear outline of the proposed paper and its academic, empirical, and/or policy contribution.
- 3)The extended abstract should be well-structured and include:
- • Introduction (context, aims, and objectives)
- • Methodology (approach, data, and tools used)
- • Findings/Expected Contribution (key insights, results, or discussions)
- • Policy/Practical Implications/Recommendations (where relevant)
- 4)Use Times New Roman 12pt, double spacing.
- 5)All references in APA citation style and APA format.
COLLOQUIUM GUIDELINES
- 1)Paper should be no longer than 20 pages, inclusive of abstract, references, tables, and figures.
- 2)Abstract of 150-200 words with a maximum of 5 keywords.
- 3)Use Times New Roman font 12 pt. and double spacing.
- 4)Use British spellings instead of American ones.
- 5)Clearly state how far your work advances theory, policy, or practice.
- 6)Use APA style for in-text citations and references.
- 7)Plagiarism in any form constitutes a serious violation of the most basic principles of scholarly writing and cannot be tolerated.
POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- 1)An extended abstract of 800-1000 words.
- 2)It should consist of title, research problem, brief literature context, methodology, and key findings.
- 3)Use Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 spacing
- 4)Follow APA style for in-text citations and references.
- 5)Plagiarism in any form constitutes a serious violation of the most basic principles of scholarly writing and cannot be tolerated.
- 6)Poster making guidelines will be sent with acceptance notification.
PAPER PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES
Selected research papers may be considered for publication as per peer review process of journals.
